1969 to 1986 chevy truck frame

I Have just picked up a 69 chevy C20. Do the C10 And C20 Have the same size of frame, Cab box Etc. Are the only differences the suspension.
I have also read on the net that that chevy used the same frame from 67 to 69, is this
true. Thank- you

Opps Sorry. I mean 67 to 86. looking to swap the suspension off a newer truck to put on my 69 chevy, which is 3/4 ton and would like to make it a 1/2 ton. Thanks for any information.
