oil and water light

I have a International 2000 4700 series DT 466 e truck.
The oil and water light comes on and the truck stops. the oil and water level are fine.
Any ideas?

It honestly sounds more like the lights are coming on as a result of the engine dying. Would that be a correct assumption (even if the lights come on a split second before the engine actually stops running)?

If so, then you need to figure out what's happening, i.e. loss of fuel or spark/electrical failure to the ignition system.
