I just put in a new transmission

I just put in a new transmission in my 65 f100 with a 352 and three on the tree now its a bit hard to shift have to double clutch at time esspecially in and out of 3rd didnt have this problem before I'm thinking it minght need a linkage ajusment and new lingage bushing shot some graphite into the column no improvement any ideas ???????

its a rat 3 peed same length looks identical to the one we pulled out same lenght input and out put shafts same 9 bolt top cover patern same side by side linkage studs
