Looking for some advice on the electric choke for a 302. Could the choke be shot or maybe the wire going to the choke? Any info on electric chokes would be great at this point. Thanks

well the choke element could be shot, its self. what I would do is check the wire going to it first though you should have 12v with the engine running.
the wire its comes from the spade conection at the back of alternator
