Ok, new guy here! I have a '52 Chevy 3100 1/2 ton shell that I am starting a restoration/modification on this spring! Today the truck is in the same place it was left some 20 years ago by the original owner, but should be here within the next two weeks!

My plan is to add a Chevy 350 TBI with T700 transmission and whatever rear end that might allow for some halfway decent fuel mileage while still allowing a few jack rabbit starts! ;)

Sounds familar...I started my project (50 chev 1/2 T) about 7 years ago and it had been on an Iowa farm, last licensed in 1970. I've gone with a 350, 4bbl, 700R4 w/shift kit, Ford Ranger posi rear end, AC, Mustang front end w/power.

This is the year I actually get some windshield time! good luck with your project.
