My dad has a 1956 GMC Suburban Carrier that has been in our family since it was new. He and I restored it together about 20 years ago. It has probably seen less than 5k miles on the road since then, as it was one of several restored cars in his stable. Over the last few years, he has been selling off cars to finance his new obsession of restoring old boats. The other cars he has sold ('66 Mustang GT Convertible and a '63 Studebaker Avanti) moved fairly quickly via a classic car dealer, but he hasn't had the same luck selling the GMC. Does anyone have any advice on selling a rare truck (About 1000 made over 4 years) that has a pretty limited audience?
