i am looking for pictures of one of these trucks . the inside of the cab and under the hood stuff like that. i have recently purchased 1 to turn in to my mud bog , and pulling truck. unfortunitly theres no floor and the clips bolted together as 1. any help would be appreciated. looking for any parts also.

oldihc.org will have all the info you need. Register then click on the 'Our Truck Pics' to the left of the homepage. Once there you can type up in the search box in the upper right. A lot of the IH folks are hardcore & don't like the idea of having an old IH truck chopped on & customized which I assume you will be doing by what you state are your plans. So if you ask questions & get flack don't pay them any mind. I look at it as it's your truck do what you wish it's one less piece of ol' American iron avoiding the Chinese war machine. They had an R and an L series around that time. As to exactly which one you have escapes me at the moment so you may have to put R or L in the search box. Don't get discouraged if your truck is not seen during that search because the KB series was made up until 1949 IIRC & yours could be older than a 51 but the trucks were titled the year they were sold. I've heard of a '49 titled as a 51. Good will & welcome to the IH fold. I would be very interested in pics of the ol gal as well as any progress accomplished so keep in touch.
