ive recently purchased a 72 f1oo with what we think is a 352. it was running good after we jumped it off. I changed the plugs and it ran better but now its running rough and fouling plugs.we had the hood up and the motor running when a huge rain storm came so it might have gotton wet? any ideas??

You stated that you changed the plugs but what about everything else that goes with the standard tune-up? Did you replace the points, cap and rotor? Did you verify the ignition/valve timing is correct? Did you test for vacuum leaks? All of these things can contribute to rough idle and plug fouling.
