I was wondering what year model trucks and cars in texas are exempt from emissions laws. I am buying a 1962 fleetside tomorrow and i need to get it inspected and registered.

I think there is no exemption. Unless you have a bad emission testing. No one did answer it. Poor guy I hope he still bought the fleetside.
