I just picked up a 1960 Ford F100 with a 1971 Lincoln 460 and auto tranny. It already has a 750 Carter carb and a Ford 9 inch rear end.
The past owner says when the fuel level gets low it starts to run poorly, but he doesn't know why.
This will be my first "higher performace" restoration (non-stock) and I am looking for suggestions from the crowd as to what I can do to improve the performace and what may be causing the low fuel level performance?
(bad pick fuel up, bad carb, something worse?)
I am open to all suggestions and looking to learn. :D
