52 1/2 ton updated running gear questions

Getting ready to start the build on my 52 Chevy 1/2 ton but I need some advice on some of the drive train component I'll be getting;

--Do any vendors offer mustang II IFS kits that keep the stock height up front?

--Do any offer rear end conversion kits (stock to 10 bolt) that keeps stock rear height?

--Can anyone thats had manual rack and pinion of on of these trucks tell me how they like it and would that work with the stock steering wheel?

NO. Expect a 2 to 4 inch drop with either kit.
--Do any offer rear end conversion kits (stock to 10 bolt) that keeps stock rear height?
No conversion kit is needed. Just find one that will fit and weld in the mounting perches and find some large U bolts.

--Can anyone thats had manual rack and pinion of on of these trucks tell me how they like it and would that work with the stock steering wheel?
