Well, okay. I know this isn't a Suburban, but he's been very instrumental in making mine go fast. And... he was the one who suggested the Suburban owners club idea in the first place.

There's only eight registered Buick Riviera Gran Sports in the USA. There was only 3,508 of these gems off the assembly line in 1965, and they cost $10,000. That's a lot of 1965 dollars! Each car had a brass plaque with the owner's name engraved on it. My Suburban was only about 1/2 that much when it was new! 

The car just got out of the paint shop last week. It's the original metallic Jade Green. There's still some detailing to be done, but isn't there always?

 A view of the 425 cubes of double carb, four barrel horsepower. Note the new paint  under the hood. Nothing was missed here!
 These cars came from the factory with two Carter four barrel carbs. Only the rear carb has idle circuits. The valve covers are factory cast aluminum finned units.
