Bed Tricks
General Application
| It
seems the truck bed has more aftermarket parts for it than for any
other area found on the truck. We'll let you be the judge on that.
This section pulls together all these custom elements into a one
stop shop. If you know of a neat part or cool bed trick, let us
know. |
| One very popular bed
treatment is to convert the wood floor to steel. This adds strength
as well as durability. This also adds a modern look to the dated
design of these beds. Steel floor kits are available for other makes
and years as well. Steve Phillips Fabrications, 511 N. 2nd, P.O. Box

this annoyance. These urethane trunions and the stainless steel
hardware put an end this problem. These trunions are available from

| It's not always easy
or possible to find a bed liner for your Classic, so a spray-in bed
liner is a good option. The spray-in bed liner has many advantages
over the slip-in bed liner. One advantages is that it can be color
matched to your body color. You wouldn't have edges of a slip-in
liner rubbing against your custom paint work. For more information,
check out the Line-X web
site. Line-X is the best
in spray-in linings. |
