Project
1933 Chevy
A First Hand Account
by
Mark Cook
My 1933 Chevy Pickup was built for the government for use by the
CCC. It was in service from 1933 to 1942 and then sold in auction to a
farmer near Spokane, Washington.
It was used on the farm until the early
60's and was then parked in a barn until it was found again in 2000. The
barn had collapsed and it was found during demolition.

The Build
It
now has a 350, with a 350 auto, Camaro rear, Street Rod Engineering IFS,
Pros-Pick pickup box, and Superior Glassworks fenders.
This project has come a long way since
2000, but since I have been able to drive it I don't want to tear it
down to complete it. I plan to stick to the Civilian Conservation Corps
theme......
